Here's The Minimum You Need To Qualify:
How our lease purchase / rent to own program works.
Please review the following checklist:
We do not use FICO scores, but instead use a combined renter's outlook provided by TransUnion.
Minimum of $60,000 combined gross income annually.
Must agree to pay 2 months security deposit plus your first month's rent.
Must be able to afford a minimum lease of $2000 per month.
Must not have any open Chapter 7 bankruptcies
Current Chapter 13 bankruptcies must show consistent payments for the last four months.
No recorded evictions in the last five years.
No liens or balances owed to a landlord.
No felonies within the last seven years.
Will not qualify if on the sex offender registry.
Home purchase price must be between $250,000 and $550,000.
Selected home (in the Atlanta area) must be no older than 2000.
Size of home not to exceed 3000 sq. ft.
The Application Process
The lease purchase application process takes only about 15 to 20 minutes.
It can be completed online using your phone, tablet, or computer.
A decision on your application is usually given by our business partners in about 2 to 3 business days.
Supporting documents must be uploaded to verify all of the information provided in your application.
There is a small processing fee that covers the processing of all applicants on the application.
